PLEASE NOTE OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Standard building requires 20% deposit, with the balance payable by cash or bank / building society cheque on delivery.
2. Non-standard custom built buildings require 50% deposit, with the balance payable by cash or bank / building society cheque on delivery.
3. We can deliver self-assembly sheds locally for a small charge.
4. If you require the shed to be carried any distance (i.e. to rear of property) then an additional charge will be made, as this service requires two delivery people. We would need to know this prior to delivery.
5. If we are erecting your new shed, we do require a firm level base with approximately 15" working area around the base.

If the base is not suitable for us to erect your new shed on, then the building would have to be paid for in full, less the erecting charge. The base will then have to be prepared in one of the following ways:

1. By the customer, we would then return to the site and erect the building. A subsequent return charge will be made plus the erecting charge.
2. We would prepare the base at an additional cost at the time if it were possible.
3. The customer could prepare the base and then erect the building themselves.

All goods remain the property of Bulldog Sheds & Fencing until payment is received in full.

We are happy to accept credit/debit cards. (3% surcharge for credit cards/ 0% for debit cards)

 

Timber products supplied by Bulldog are not guaranteed against
extreme weather conditions as wood is a natural material,
it may warp, split, twist, shrink and some knots may fall out
