A friendly, (I think family business), very professional and helpful, very keen prices including delivery if required. This is my first transaction with them and definitely not the last! The quality of the products is very good and seemingly always available. In comparison with local DIY outlets - up to 45% cheaper. Help with loading my truck. I would highly recommend this business, a home grown British made company, we need more of these!
